Connect with Franklin Women members at Google to explore innovative models of collaboration

We are excited to host this in-person Members Connect Meetup at Google to showcase the Australian Future Hearing Initiative – an innovative multidisciplinary initiative bringing together Google and Australian Hearing Hub members, to transform hearing health and communication.

We know that collaborative multidisciplinary projects are key to tackling some of the big health challenges our society faces. Building impactful partnerships with diverse stakeholders can bring a lot of opportunities, but also challenges.

At this event, we have brought together representatives from four partners of the Australian Future Hearing Initiative (scroll for their bios below) who will share how the vision for the initiative came to life, how they navigate the needs of different stakeholders and how this leads to innovative outcomes from their work.

This intimate gathering offers you the opportunity to:

  • Hear from a diverse group of inspiring women involved an innovative model of multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Participate in discussions on emerging issues and sector trends
  • Connect with fellow FW members over lunch
  • At the end of the event, join an optional 30-minute tour of the Google Sydney offices (from 2pm).

Members Connect Meetups are FREE for members to participate in but places are limited so you must register below.

About the Members Connect Meetup series

The Members Connect event series aims to bring together our amazing FW members to strengthen networks and provide opportunities to engage with organisations and individuals who are driving trends and leading innovative programs of work that impacts health.

We know it’s not always easy (or possible!) to attend in-person Franklin Women events due to work schedules, caring responsibilities, travel time, or because crowded event spaces aren’t for you. That’s why our Members Connect events will be hosted across Sydney, Canberra and virtually at different days and times throughout the year – and they are FREE.
