We are proud to deliver several initiatives that support women in their career journeys.
Our initiatives aim to address known challenges for women working in the health and medical research sector: from progressing to leadership roles, to additional caring responsibilities, and increasing visibility. As a social enterprise, each of our initiatives follow our principle of collective investment with our followers, members and partners contributing to their delivery. We couldn’t be prouder of the impact that our initiatives have had, not only on women pursuing health research careers but also their positive ripple effect on the sector more broadly.
