Leaders Brunch 2022: Women's Health and Workplace Participation

The 5 – 11 September is Women’s Health Week, a great time to reflect on how an individuals health intersects with their work, and the role of workplaces in responding to, protecting, and promoting the health and wellbeing of their employees.

For our 2022 Leaders Brunch, we look forward to bringing together leaders from our Partner Organisations to hear from experts on health across the reproductive lifecycle – menstruation, miscarriage and early pregnancy loss and menopause – to learn and discuss evidence on how they impact workforce participation and retention. We will also hear from organisations inside and outside of our sector on inclusive policies, training and culture shifts they have implemented to reduce stigma, barriers and professional impact for women in response to their reproductive health.

Up to 3 attendees from each Partner Organisation are invited to register to attend below. Please note attendance is not restricted to women and we encourage a breadth of attendees who can both contribute to the conversation but also play a role in driving change in their respective organisation.

A full pre-event briefing pack including event run-sheet, resources and some healthy snacks will be sent to all attendees before the event.
