We look forward to bringing together leaders from our Partner Organisations to learn, discuss and share their experiences with preventing and responding to sexual and gendered harassment in the workplace and how we can work together to create environments where everyone is respected and safe.

During the virtual event, we will aim to shed light on:

• What sexual and gendered harassment is in the context of the workplace
• The contemporary legal requirements for organisations with respect to prevention and appropriate responses
• The unique risk factors within the health and medical research ecosystem
• The role of leaders in creating a safe and respectful workplace culture

The event format will be a mix of presentations from experts from both within and outside of our sector, together with a breakout workshop session to enable shared learning and collaboration between attendees.
