Information for Organisations
The Franklin Women Inclusive Leadership Mentoring Program brings together organisations across the health and medical research ecosystem in NSW and ACT who would like to invest in the career progression of mid-career women in their organisations as well as the development of their leaders who play a critical role in creating an inclusive workplace culture.
Previous participating organisations have included university faculties, medical research institutes, not-for-profit organisations, health service providers, government departments and life science organisations.
As a Participating Organisation you are eligible to put forward mid-career women (mentees) and senior leaders of any gender (mentors) who meet the Eligibility Criteria. Mentees and mentors will be matched from within the overall participating cohort. They will then take part in the 6-month Program which combines informal mentoring along with formal learning and development workshops.
If you organisation would like to take part in the 2024 FW Mentoring Programs in either NSW or ACT please get in touch via [email protected] for a copy of the 2024 Terms of Participation document.
