The Franklin Women Inclusive Leadership Mentoring Program brings together organisations across the health and medical research ecosystem in NSW, ACT and VIC who would like to invest in the career progression of mid-career women in their organisations as well as the development of their leaders who play a critical role in creating an inclusive workplace culture. 

Previous participating organisations have included university faculties, medical research institutes, not-for-profit organisations, health service organisations, government departments and industry. 

As a Participating Organisation you are eligible to nominate mid-career women (mentees) and senior leaders of any gender (mentors) who meet the Eligibility Criteria. Mentees and mentors will be matched from within the overall participating cohort. They will then take part in the 6-month Program which combines informal mentoring along with formal learning and development workshops.
